We are looking for a motivated and goal-oriented Agent in Training to join our district. This role involves building new client relationships, offering customized insurance solutions, and driving sales across a variety of product lines. The ideal candidate is proactive, customer-driven, and eager to build a meaningful career in the insurance industry.
Salary Range:
$40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Flexible Schedule Mon-Fri Schedule Career Growth Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) Mon-Fri Schedule Hands on Training Requirements Track record of success in sales, whether in insurance, financial services, real estate, or other performance-driven industries Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities Proven talent for building relationships and closing deals in a consultative sales setting Entrepreneurial spirit with a drive for independence and financial advancement Must currently hold, or be willing to obtain, Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses (agency provides training and covers fees) Bachelors degree preferred; minimum requirement of High School Diploma or GED Valid Drivers License required Responsibilities Generate new business by leveraging networking opportunities, referrals, online leads, and involvement within the local community Conduct needs-based consultations to understand client priorities and recommend customized insurance solutions across Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial products Grow and manage your client portfolio through proactive follow-up, cross-selling strategies, and strong relationship development Meet or surpass monthly production targets and profitability expectations Provide an exceptional client experience that fosters trust, loyalty, and long-term retention Stay informed on industry trends, product updates, and regulatory requirements
