Job Description

Overview We are looking for a motivated and knowledgeable commercial P&C producer. We are a family-owned business and have been in operation since 1985. We have many preferred direct commercial appointments, as well as dozens through MGAs and E&S markets. We are looking to expand our commercial book of business across the state, and have prospects, lists and markets to do that. Additionally, we have 3 branches across the state -- Warner Robins, Woodstock, and Canton -- for local servicing. Position would allow a producer to sell across the entire state in a wide range of commercial risks... contractors, LRO, CRE, import/export, manufacturing and production, healthcare, etc. Compensation is a combination of base and commissions. Responsibilities Prospect and generate new business through outside sales efforts, including telemarketing and community outreach Conduct thorough needs analysis to recommend appropriate insurance products that meet client requirements Quote and market commercial risks with direct carriers and MGAs Maintain detailed sales administration records and update customer databases accurately Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that attract new clients and retain existing ones Qualifications Proven experience in direct sales and cold calling with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets Strong communication skills Knowledge of commercial P&C insurance products and the sales process within the insurance industry Demonstrated analysis skills to assess client needs and recommend suitable solutions Ability to manage sales administration tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer service Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively Do not apply if you do not have a P&C license. $36,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
