  • 5pm) Work Schedule Mon-Fri Schedule Requirements Active Property and Casualty Insurance License preferred (or willingness to obtain one).
Licensing assistance available for qualified candidates. Proven ability to build rapport quickly and maintain strong client relationships. Goal-oriented and driven by measurable success (sales targets, client satisfaction, etc.). Comfortable with outbound calling and digital client outreach. Positive attitude, resilience, and persistence — thrives in a competitive environment. Team player who contributes to a supportive, growth-focused office culture. Responsibilities Deliver engaging sales presentations to showcase product benefits. Follow up on warm leads provided by the company. Conducts timely follow-up communication with clients to address inquiries and concerns. Utilize persuasive techniques to finalize sales transactions.
