Waddle Exteriors is actively hiring a proven Insurance Restoration Sales Rep to take over a strong pipeline in the Iowa City market. This is not a starter role-we're looking for someone who already knows how to generate, manage, and close insurance roofing deals at scale.

What You'll Do:

Run and close insurance restoration roofing claims Generate business through canvassing, referrals, and storm response Inspect roofs, identify damage, and guide homeowners through claims Manage projects from signed contract through completion Work closely with production to ensure clean execution

What We're Looking For:

3-5+ years in roofing or exterior sales Proven production: $1M+ in insurance restoration sales (last 12 months) Strong understanding of claims process, adjuster meetings, and supplements Comfortable working storm markets and building your own pipeline Clean driving record + valid driver's license
