Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic team as an Insurance Sales Agent and become a vital part of helping individuals and families secure their financial futures! In this energetic role, you will leverage your sales expertise to connect clients with tailored insurance solutions, ensuring they receive the protection they need. Your enthusiasm and communication skills will drive customer engagement, foster trust, and open doors to new opportunities. Responsibilities No previous sales experience necessary. We provide extensive training and support from day one. Based on our history of success, we know that our best markets are those in rural America and small towns. We give you everything you need to hit the ground running and to ensure your success and we offer a $400 weekly stipend plus commission during your first six weeks ($2,400 total).Your ideal sales career is waiting. We provide cutting edge technology to help you service our existing customers and cross market new products. Our advanced technology helps you with new leads daily. We do not ask you to contact and sell your family and friends. You'll travel within your territory Monday-Thursday to service our current rural and urban customers (local farmers, ranchers, and small business owners) and enjoy three-day weekends.

Advancement opportunities•Benefit from the opportunity for advancement into a field management position. Our top performing agents can get promoted in as little as six months Engage with potential clients through outside sales efforts, community outreach, to identify insurance needs and present suitable options. Conduct thorough analysis of client information to recommend appropriate insurance policies, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Negotiate policy terms and premiums with clients, demonstrating clear communication and persuasive skills to close sales effectively. Manage sales administration tasks such as maintaining accurate records, processing applications, and following up on leads to maximize conversion rates. Stay informed about industry updates, HIPAA regulations (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act), and product offerings to deliver accurate information confidently.
