Salary Range:

Proven track record of successful insurance sales. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage a sales pipeline effectively. Comfortable using agency management software and CRM systems. A proactive and goal-oriented mindset. Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong client relationships. Identify client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions. Generate new business through prospecting and networking. Service existing accounts, ensuring client satisfaction. Meet and exceed sales targets. Stay up-to-date on insurance products and industry trends.
