Duties Engage with prospective clients through outside sales efforts, including community events, networking, and telemarketing campaigns to generate leads and foster new business opportunities. Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand client requirements, offering personalized insurance products that meet their unique situations. Negotiate policy terms and coverage options with clients, ensuring clarity and satisfaction while aligning with company guidelines. Manage sales administration tasks such as processing applications, maintaining accurate records, and updating client information in our CRM system. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop outreach strategies that enhance brand visibility and attract diverse customer segments, including multilingual communities. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, explaining policy details clearly, and assisting clients through the claims process when necessary. Stay informed about industry regulations such as HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) to ensure compliance during all client interactions. Skills Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities to effectively convey complex insurance concepts. Analysis skills to evaluate client needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions confidently. Multilingual or bilingual capabilities to serve diverse customer bases effectively. Familiarity with sales administration processes and CRM software for efficient record keeping. Knowledge of marketing strategies that drive outreach efforts and client engagement. Customer service orientation with a focus on building trust and long-term relationships.
