We're growing and looking for a Medicare Insurance Agent to join our team of 16 high-performing, supportive, and team-oriented individuals. In addition to our fantastic team and wonderful income potential, you will be working in a brand new office space designed for collaboration, comfort, and success.

What You'll Do:

Meet with clients in person, over the phone, and via video conference to guide them through their Medicare options. Build lasting relationships based on trust, communication, and value. Follow up with leads provided to you — we handle the marketing so you can focus on what you do best. Collaborate with a dynamic team that shares knowledge, supports one another, and celebrates success. Manage your time effectively to maximize appointments and client satisfaction.

What You Bring:

A strong desire to help others navigate important healthcare decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage a flexible but structured schedule. A coachable attitude with a passion for continual learning and growth. Previous insurance experience is a plus, but not required . Licensing assistance is available.
