We are currently seeking a motivated, Property & Casualty Insurance Producer to join our team in Rexburg, Idaho. As an Insurance Sales Producer, you will help individuals and families protect what matters most by offering customized Personal Lines insurance solutions through multiple national insurance carriers. Responsibilities Generate new business through referrals, networking, and outbound prospecting Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and customer service Identify client needs and recommend personalized Auto, Home, Renters, Umbrella, and other Personal Lines insurance solutions Quote, bind, and close insurance policies with multiple carriers Maintain an active sales pipeline and follow up consistently with prospects Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance expectations Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development opportunities Maintain accurate client records and policy documentation What We Offer Base salary plus uncapped commissions Access to multiple top-rated insurance carriers Proprietary AI-enabled Fusion technology platform Positive, team-oriented, performance-driven culture Career advancement opportunities within a nationally recognized insurance brand Qualifications Active Idaho Property & Casualty (P&C) License required Minimum 1 year of insurance sales or insurance industry experience preferred Strong sales, communication, and relationship-building skills Self-motivated with a competitive and goal-oriented mindset Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced sales environment Comfortable making outbound calls, following up on leads, and closing sales Proficient with computer systems and CRM platforms Preferred Experience Personal Lines insurance sales experience Independent agency experience Experience with quoting multiple insurance carriers Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals Why Brightway Insurance?
