Position Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic Bilingual (Spanish/English) Sales Representative to help grow our agency. You'll play a vital role in connecting with customers, understanding their needs, and offering products that help them manage risks, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams. Responsibilities Develop relationships with new and existing customers. Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Educate clients on insurance options and assist them in selecting appropriate coverage. Achieve sales goals through marketing, outreach, and follow-up. Maintain professional and ethical business practices following State Farm's standards. Qualifications Fluent in both Spanish and English (required). Excellent communication and customer service skills. Self-motivated and goal-oriented. Previous sales or customer service experience preferred.
