What You'll Do:

Develop and execute sales strategies to attract new clients through a variety of channels, including outside and in-office sales. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. Collaborate with a supportive team to meet and exceed agency sales goals. Learn directly from a top-performing agent to enhance your product knowledge and sales techniques.

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred. Strong communication and negotiation skills; fluency in multiple languages is a plus. Self-motivated with the ability to identify client needs and provide tailored solutions. Proven ability to build lasting relationships and consistently meet or exceed sales goals.

Qualifications:
