Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and professional Polish-speaking Insurance Agent Assistant to join our growing insurance office. The ideal candidate is bilingual in Polish and English, enjoys working with people, and is comfortable assisting clients with insurance-related questions and services. Responsibilities Assist insurance agents with daily office operations Communicate with Polish-speaking and English-speaking clients Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and respond to client inquiries Help clients understand insurance products and coverage options Process paperwork, applications, and policy updates Maintain accurate client records and follow up with customers Support marketing and client outreach efforts Qualifications Fluent in both Polish and English (required) Insurance licensing (required) Strong communication and customer service skills Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Comfortable using computers, email, and office software Previous insurance, sales, or customer service experience preferred but not required Positive attitude and willingness to learn Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay or salary Commission and bonus opportunities Training and professional development provided Opportunity for career growth within the insurance industry If you are bilingual in Polish and English and enjoy helping people, we would love to hear from you!
