Role Description Sell and service both personal and commercial insurance policies Build and maintain strong client relationships Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and prospecting Review coverage options and recommend appropriate policies Provide excellent customer service and policy support Qualifications Previous insurance industry experience preferred Someone who can hit the ground running Self-starter with strong work ethic and motivation to succeed Excellent communication and customer service skills Organized, dependable, and goal-oriented Licensed insurance professionals preferred (or ability to obtain licensing quickly) What We Offer Unlimited earning potential IRA match Health insurance Dental insurance Stable, established agency with over a century of community trust Access to multiple A+ rated insurance carriers and a broad portfolio of products Ongoing training and educational opportunities Compensation New Agents will be compensated on a monthly draw system. This is an advance on future commissions. Once validated, the agent will earn commissions on every policy written and renewals.
