Insurance Producer / Sales Representative American Family Insurance - Roselle, IL I'm a new American Family agency owner in Roselle, and I'm looking for the right people to come grow with me from the ground up. This is an opportunity to be part of something early. I'm building this agency with the goal of creating a strong team, great culture, and real long-term opportunity. I'm open to two types of candidates : Someone already licensed who wants to produce at a high level and is looking for a real opportunity (I am willing to offer higher compensation for experienced, licensed producers) Someone new to insurance who is motivated, coachable, and willing to get licensed — I'm happy to train the right person and help you build a career This is more than just a producer role to me. I want people on my team who want to grow. If you prove yourself, there will always be opportunity to grow within the agency and potentially become an agency owner yourself one day.

What You'll Do:

Quote and sell auto, home, life, and other insurance products Follow up on leads and prospect for new business Build relationships and help clients understand their coverage Cross-sell and ask for referrals Help service existing clients when needed Stay organized and contribute to a growing team environment

What I'm Looking For:

Motivated, dependable, and driven Strong communication and people skills Sales experience is a plus, but not required Insurance experience is a plus, but not required Willingness to learn and improve every day Someone who wants to grow — not just collect a paycheck

Compensation:

Base salary: $45,000-$65,000+ depending on experience Higher pay available for already licensed and experienced agents Commission opportunities Bonus opportunities
