Salary Range:

Guidance and mentorship throughout the licensing process Financial assistance/reimbursement for licensing costs Ongoing coaching to help you succeed once licensed Property & Casualty License is required before officially starting the role, and the Life & Health License must be obtained within the first 6 months of employment. Responsibilities What You'll Do Connect with inbound and outbound leads Quote and sell Auto, Home, Renters, and Life insurance Follow up consistently using our CRM system Build relationships and generate referrals Track activity and improve performance over time Success in this role comes from consistent activity, coachability, and a willingness to grow.
