Job Summary Join our dynamic team as an Insurance Agent either full or part time and become a vital part of helping clients protect what matters most. In this energetic role, you will actively engage with potential and existing customers to understand their insurance needs, provide tailored solutions, and build lasting relationships. Your enthusiasm and communication skills will drive success as you navigate sales opportunities, negotiate policies, and deliver exceptional customer service. Duties Conduct outside sales efforts by reaching out to prospective clients through telemarketing, community events, and networking to generate new business opportunities Assess clients' insurance needs through detailed analysis and consultation to recommend appropriate policies Negotiate terms and coverage options with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction and optimal policy fit Manage sales administration tasks including documentation, policy processing, and benefits administration to ensure accuracy and compliance Communicate complex insurance concepts clearly to diverse clients, utilizing strong communication skills and multilingual capabilities when applicable Develop marketing strategies to promote various insurance products across retail sales channels and community outreach initiatives Provide ongoing customer service support by addressing inquiries, policy changes, claims assistance, and maintaining long-term client relationships Experience Proven experience in customer service, outside sales or retail sales environments with a track record of customer satisfaction Strong negotiation skills with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively Excellent communication skills (bilingual a plus) Previous experience in insurance sales or related fields is highly desirable but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates Must possess or be eligible to earn an Indiana P&C insurance license Demonstrated customer service excellence with a proactive approach to client engagement and relationship building Embark on a rewarding career where your energy fuels success!
