Title Insurance Agent

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Title Agent to join our dynamic team. The Title Agent will play a crucial role in the real estate transaction process by ensuring that property titles are clear and free of any encumbrances. This position requires strong analytical skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a keen attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and possess the ability to communicate effectively with realtors, attorney's and lenders. Duties Conduct thorough title searches to verify ownership and identify any liens or claims against properties. Prepare title reports and documents for real estate transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards. Collaborate with real estate agents, lenders, and clients to facilitate smooth transactions. Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and addressing concerns related to title issues. Analyze title documents and resolve any discrepancies or issues that may arise during the closing process. Maintain organized records of all transactions and communications for future reference. Stay updated on industry regulations, policies, and best practices related to title insurance. Assist in marketing efforts to generate new business opportunities. Qualifications Previous experience as a Title Agent or in a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex information quickly. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building relationships. Proficiency in sales administration, including experience in insurance sales is a plus. Bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply, as this can enhance communication with diverse clients. Familiarity with HIPAA regulations is beneficial for handling sensitive information appropriately. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
