• Position Overview
• Are you a motivated and enthusiastic individual looking to kick-start your career in the insurance sector? As an Insurance Agent you will receive comprehensive training to become a knowledgeable insurance professional. You will have the chance to help clients protect their assets, plan for the future, and achieve financial security.
• Key Responsibilities
• Participate in our comprehensive training program to gain a strong understanding of insurance products and services.

Assist clients in understanding their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options. Develop and maintain positive client relationships through excellent communication and customer service. Collaborate with experienced team members to learn from their expertise. Participate in lead generation activities to build your client base. Process insurance policy applications and assist clients with claims when needed. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and product knowledge.

• Qualifications
• No prior insurance experience required; we will provide training.

High school diploma or equivalent. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Enthusiasm for learning and a willingness to adapt to new concepts. Customer-focused with a commitment to client satisfaction. Basic computer skills and a willingness to learn insurance software. A positive attitude and a desire to succeed in a team-oriented environment.
