In this energetic role, you will leverage your expertise in outside sales and business development to connect with homeowners, insurance adjusters, and property managers. Your mission is to educate clients on roofing solutions, manage territory accounts, and drive revenue growth through proactive outreach and exceptional customer service. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact in the insurance restoration industry while advancing your sales career in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target insurance companies, property managers, and homeowners within assigned territories. Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and community engagement to expand the customer base. Conduct product demonstrations and detailed consultations to explain roofing options, emphasizing quality and value. Manage existing accounts by nurturing relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying upselling opportunities. Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage sales pipelines, and analyze territory performance. Negotiate contracts and close sales by presenting compelling proposals that meet client needs while achieving company goals. Coordinate with project teams to ensure seamless project execution and maintain high levels of customer service throughout the process. Skills Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales within the roofing or insurance restoration industry. Strong management skills with the ability to handle territory management and business development initiatives. Expertise in CRM software like Salesforce for lead generation, account management, and sales analysis. Excellent negotiation skills coupled with a customer-focused approach to foster long-term relationships. Proficiency in marketing strategies and technology sales techniques to effectively promote products and services. Demonstrated ability to conduct product demos, upsell solutions, and perform territory or inside sales activities. Exceptional communication skills for cold calling, direct sales presentations, and customer service interactions.
