Entry Level - Health Insurance Agent (Base Salary + Uncapped Commissions)

Job Description:

We are looking for outgoing, energetic and people-oriented individuals to join our fast growing team. As a key player on our team, you'll be responsible for guiding seniors through the intricacies of their health insurance options and helping them make informed decisions. As a Health Insurance Agent, you will collaborate with a dynamic team of agents that share your desire and willingness to succeed.

Responsibilities include:

Must be comfortable in a client facing role and contacting prospective clients. Ability to make outbound calls to prospects. Have a positive attitude & motivated. Must have active Indiana Life and Health Insurance License or ability pass exam within 30 days of hire Utilize a consultative approach to customer interactions, ensuring they are educated in the decisions they are making. Must have a reliable computer, headset and internet connection. Pay & Benefits $18 hourly + Commissions. First year expected compensation is $51,000 to $66,000. Paid incentive trips each year (Aruba & Punta Cana last year, Cancun this year). Career Growth with unlimited opportunity.
