You'll work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment with strong support, training, and resources provided.
Salary Range:
$50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission Paid Time Off (PTO) Hands on Training Career Growth Opportunities Requirements P&C License (We will help you get your license) Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development Identify and connect with prospective clients through provided leads, networking, and referrals Conduct needs-based consultations and present tailored insurance solutions Prepare quotes, deliver proposals, and close sales Client Relationship Management Build and maintain long-term client relationships Provide ongoing policy support, coverage reviews, and claims assistance Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly service Performance & Growth Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales goals Participate in weekly incentive programs and team competitions Continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge Collaboration Work alongside team members and leadership to drive agency growth Contribute to a positive, high-energy team environment About Us Our local insurance agency is located in
