• Market and sell insurance products to potential clients
• Analyze clients' insurance needs and provide appropriate coverage options
• Communicate effectively with clients to explain insurance policies and advise on coverage selections
• Negotiate policy terms and premiums with insurance underwriters
• Provide exceptional customer service before and after the sale
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations Requirements
• Bilingual proficiency, especially in Spanish, is a plus
• Strong analytical skills to assess clients' insurance requirements
• Excellent communication skills to interact with clients effectively
• Prior experience in insurance sales or related field is preferred
• Knowledge of insurance products, regulations, and industry practices
