We are a proven high-volume agency with multiple locations, and we're looking for an attentive, personable, and sales-driven professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about making a difference in the community.RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and nurture strong customer relationships to maximize retention and drive growth. Conduct thorough policy reviews and provide expert recommendations tailored to customer needs. Manage and resolve complex customer issues with professionalism and efficiency. Leverage your in-depth knowledge of insurance products to confidently recommend, explain, and sell policies to both cold and warm leads. Ability to work across product lines and assist customers with their life, health, and financial needs. Collaborate with agency departments to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction.QUALIFICATIONS - MUST HAVES
Current Property & Casualty, Life, and Health insurance licenses. Current or recent experience with a State Farm agency. Strong management and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team. Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding production goals. Comprehensive understanding of and strict adherence to compliance guidelines. Demonstrated ability to drive agency growth through strategic sales and customer engagement. A relentless desire to achieve and excel in a competitive sales environment.WHAT WE OFFER
