So are we! Aldreamia Omar Allstate Agency in Baker, Louisiana, is looking for an enthusiastic, customer-driven, and knowledgeable person to join our team as a Insurance Sales Representative . In this role you will provide exceptional customer service to our customers, addressing all of their queries. Your positive attitude, rapport-building, and desire to help may make you the perfect fit for this role. Base pay $30,000, with an additional 20k + in commissions and Bonus Opportunities.
Salary Range:
$50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) Hands on Training Mon-Fri Schedule Career Growth Opportunities Evenings Off Daily Team Meetings Appreciation Luncheons Leads Provided Home and Work Life Balance Paid Holidays Bonus Opportunities Fun & Friendly Co-workers Mentorship with an Established Agent Requirements Louisiana Property & Casualty Insurance License is preferred. Must be willing to obtain P&C license within 30 days of hire; mandatory. License assistance available. Previous experience in insurance sales or a customer service role is preferred. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to assess client needs and offer appropriate insurance solutions. Demonstrated energy and drive to achieve and exceed sales goals. Must meet the monthly quota set forth individually and the Agency. Responsibilities Foster strong relationships with clients by understanding their insurance needs and providing personalized solutions. Offer expert advice on various insurance products, ensuring clients receive the most suitable coverage for their needs. Meet and exceed sales targets by proactively seeking new business opportunities and cross-selling additional products. Manage existing client insurance policies, ensuring timely updates and adjustments to match their changing needs. Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of all client interactions and transactions for seamless service delivery. Stay informed about industry trends and new products to offer clients the most up-to-date advice.
