Responsibilities Engage with prospective clients through outside sales efforts, including community outreach, networking events, and telemarketing campaigns Conduct thorough needs analysis to identify insurance requirements and present appropriate policy options Negotiate terms and coverage details with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements Manage sales administration tasks such as documentation, policy processing, and benefits administration Maintain strong customer service relationships by providing ongoing support and addressing client inquiries promptly Ensure compliance with industry regulations when handling sensitive client information Requirements Valid Louisiana state license as an Insurance Property & Casualty Producer Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or insurance sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills Strong analysis skills to assess client needs and recommend suitable coverage options Familiarity with sales administration processes Knowledge of marketing strategies and the ability to leverage various channels for outreach Join us if you're passionate about helping people protect their futures!
