Duties Selling insurance products, must have strong sales and negotiation skills
Client Engagement:
Actively reach out to potential clients & existing clients introducing them to our insurance products and services for cross sell opportunities.
Needs Assessment:
Conduct thorough assessments of clients' needs to recommend the best insurance solutions.
Policy Explanation:
Clearly explain various insurance policies, coverage options, and pricing to clients, ensuring they fully understand their choices.
Sales Execution:
Effectively close sales while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Client Relationships:
Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients to inspire trust and loyalty.
Market Insights:
Stay current on required CE for license and informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to better serve clients and strategize sales approaches. Skills
- Proficient in insurance sales techniques Ex. Working the existing book for opportunities, cross quoting call ins, promoting yourself socially for leads
- Some leads provided
- Ability to communicate over email/phone effectively with clients and prospects
- Multilingual or bilingual proficiency, especially in Spanish, is advantageous
- Knowledge of sales and telemarketing techniques Requirements
Licensing:
Must possess an active Louisiana Property & Casualty License.Experience:
Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is highly regarded. Allstate experience preferred but not required.Communication:
Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for client interaction.Motivation:
