Qualifications & Skills:

Knowledge of, or willingness to learn about, Property & Casualty Insurance Willingness to protect customers by offering insurance and financial products that will meet their needs Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills Punctual with the ability to work a quote to its completion Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced, high-volume, competitive environment A well-connected member of your local community Previous sales experience (auto sales, retail sales, or telemarketing) preferred but not required. Social media savvy, with high visibility on multiple platforms, preferred but not required.
