This role is responsible for managing and servicing a book of commercial insurance clients, ensuring excellent customer service, accurate policy administration, and strong carrier relationships. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and knowledgeable in commercial insurance coverages. Key Responsibilities Manage a dedicated book of commercial lines accounts, including renewals, endorsements, audits, and policy changes Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to coverage questions and service requests in a timely manner Prepare and process renewal submissions, proposals, certificates of insurance, binders, and policy documents Review policies for accuracy and compliance with client needs and carrier guidelines Market accounts to carriers when needed and negotiate coverage and pricing Collaborate with producers, underwriters, and carriers to support account growth and retention Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the agency management system Ensure compliance with all insurance regulations and internal procedures Qualifications Minimum of [3-5+] years of experience in commercial lines insurance Active Property & Casualty insurance license (willing to obtain) Strong knowledge of commercial coverages (GL, Auto, Property, WC, Umbrella, etc.) Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines with minimal supervision Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Health, dental, Life, insurance 401(k) with employer contribution Paid time off and holidays Professional development and licensing support
