What You'll Do:
Account Management:
Handle all aspects of commercial lines accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
Client Communication:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing expert advice and addressing inquiries promptly.
Policy Administration:
Process renewals, endorsements, certificates, and claims with precision and efficiency.
Risk Assessment:
Analyze and assess clients' insurance needs, recommending appropriate coverage options.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with underwriters, producers, and other team members to deliver comprehensive insurance solutions.
What We're Looking For:
Experience:
3-5 years of experience in commercial lines account management, with a focus on middle to large market accounts.
Software Proficiency:
Experience with Epic or other insurance software is highly desired.
Licensing:
Current Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
Skills:
