Communicate effectively between technical and non‑technical stakeholders throughout design and delivery. Leverage customer insights and market intelligence to build competitive, differentiated product offerings. Support development of new insurance products or enhancements that deliver measurable customer and business value. Oversee release planning, version management, and delivery sequencing. Participate in Agile ceremonies including Scrum, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Retrospectives, as well as long-term strategic planning.Experience and Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Insurance, Technology, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in product management, underwriting, claims, or equivalent insurance functions. Significant experience with Commercial Lines insurance products, including coverage structures, rating methodologies, underwriting workflows, and regulatory considerations. Robust, hands-on experience with Guidewire InsuranceSuite (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter), including configuring product models, understanding rating engines, collaborating on integrations (APIs, microservices, data flows), and guiding development teams through Guidewire best practices. Experience with major Guidewire implementations, upgrades, or cloud migrations strongly preferred. Deep knowledge of Agile frameworks and methodologies. Exceptional communication, analytical, and decision‑making skills. Proven ability to apply customer insights to drive product development and enhance customer satisfaction.
