Build something that pays you for years not just this month. We're an independent insurance agency rooted in the South Shore. Founded in 2014 by Anthony Lallis and Derek Higgins. Lallis and Higgins have built a team of people who genuinely like working together, taking care of their clients, and show up for the communities they live in. We're not a call center. We're not a franchise. We're a locally owned agency with deep roots in New England who have access to competitive carriers across New England.WHY INDEPENDENT AGENCY IS DIFFERENT
We work with multiple top carriers across New England as an independent agency. Your job is to find the right coverage at the right price- not to defend a product that doesn't fit.
WHAT THE OPPORTUNITY LOOKS LIKE?
You'll build a book of business and earn renewal income on every policy that stays on the books. Year one you build the foundation. By year three the renewals start working for you.- Base salary
- Commission on new business written
- Ongoing renewal income your book pays you every year
On-Target Earnings:
$80,000- 120,000+ depending on production
- Flexible schedule where you manage your time like a professional
- A service team that helps your clients P&C license required.
WHO FITS HERE
- We're not looking for the loudest voice in the room. We're looking for the person people call when something goes wrong and trust to help make it right. The right candidate : Is already connected in their community. This includes civic groups, local business networks, youth sports, and faith organizations. You know people and people know you.
- Has a sales track record they're genuinely proud of
- Follows up without being reminded
- Takes accountability for wins and losses equally
- Wants to build income that compounds over time — not just hit a monthly number
- Has the integrity to put the right coverage in front of a client even when a bigger policy would pay more Industry background is helpful but not required.
