Key Responsibilities:
- Manage mixed book of commercial accounts
- Client facing advisory
- Risk Evaluation
- Collaborate with producers on customized solutions and marketing
- Assistance with quoting, renews, and presentations
- Partner with processing team
- Handle escalated client inquiries, troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Account retention
