Commercial Lines Account Manager

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and servicing a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, ensuring client satisfaction while effectively communicating with clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance sales and customer service, along with the ability to negotiate and collaborate effectively. Duties Manage a diverse portfolio of commercial lines accounts, providing exceptional service and support. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored insurance solutions. Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities for account growth and retention. Negotiate terms and conditions with underwriters to secure optimal coverage for clients. Administer benefits programs in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Conduct regular reviews of client accounts to ensure coverage adequacy and satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, policy changes, and renewals in the system. Provide training and support to junior staff as needed. Skills Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and services. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly. Proven experience in customer service within the insurance industry. Ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining positive relationships with clients and underwriters. Proficiency in sales administration tasks, including market analysis and account management. Strong collaboration skills to work effectively within a team environment. Familiarity with benefits administration processes is desirable.
