Role Responsibilities As an Insurance Advisor Trainee, you will be responsible for: Generating new business through warm and cold leads, referrals, and local outreach Consulting with clients to understand their needs and recommending customized insurance plans Selling and cross-selling a variety of products, including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial Insurance Maintaining a robust pipeline of prospects and following up consistently Achieving individual and team sales targets to support agency success Providing excellent customer service and building lasting client relationships Documenting all activity in the agency CRM system and maintaining accurate records Staying informed on new products, underwriting guidelines, and industry changes Qualifications & Skills Ideal candidates are goal-oriented, persuasive, and natural relationship builders.

Successful team members typically have:
