Job Description
You would provide phone support to insurance agents and internal staff, assisting with questions related to policies, administration, and claims. Job Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls from insurance agents and back-office staff Assist with questions related to policies, administration, claims, and general support Help agents log into the portal and enter insurance applications (training provided) Accurately document calls and information in internal systems Manage an average call volume of 40-60 calls per day provide phone support to insurance agents and internal staff, assisting with questions related to policies, administration, and claims.
