Key Responsibilities Generate new business by prospecting, conducting outreach, and converting leads into policies Consult with clients to assess insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage Sell and cross-sell various insurance products including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial policies Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and policy reviews Exceed individual sales targets to contribute to agency growth Stay current on product knowledge and compliance standards Utilize CRM tools to manage leads, follow-ups, and policy renewals Participate in team meetings and strategic sales discussions Ideal Candidate We seek passionate, proactive, and professional individuals. The ideal Agent in Training possesses: At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or insurance (preferred) Excellent communication and negotiation skills Confidence in making outbound calls and closing business Openness to coaching and eagerness to learn Strong organizational and time management abilities Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license (preferred, or willingness to obtain) Bilingual abilities are a plus Why Join Us?
