Salary Range:
$50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) Flexible Schedule Mon-Fri Schedule Hands on Training Career Growth Opportunities Requirements Previous sales experience is a plus Insurance licensing (Property & Casualty) preferred, or willingness to complete required licensing (Licensing support is available; required licenses must be obtained within 30 days of hire) Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and close sales Self-driven, goal-focused, and motivated to succeed Organized and able to manage multiple tasks, leads, and follow-ups efficiently Responsibilities Generate new business opportunities through outreach, referrals, networking, and marketing activities Conduct consultations to understand client needs and recommend appropriate coverage options Offer and promote personal lines products, including Auto, Home, and Life Maintain an active pipeline and follow up consistently with potential clients Work toward monthly performance benchmarks related to premium, policy count, and Life products Provide high-quality service to build and maintain long-term client relationships About Us Farmers Insurance Group is a team of dedicated individuals that work hard to provide each customer the best service while educating them on insurance products that would benefit them the most.
