I launched our agency in December 2016, building on years of experience with State Farm as a team member, Agency Field Specialist, and Marketing Analyst. With over a decade in the insurance industry, I've cultivated a team of four full-time professionals who are dedicated to making a difference for our customers and community. We believe in rewarding hard work and fostering a supportive, engaging work environment. As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Brandon Krugh - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage client accounts and update information in the database. Assist clients with policy changes and inquiries. Process insurance claims and follow up with clients on claim status. Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
