Job Overview Join one of the top State Farm agencies in the country! We are seeking a passionate, self-driven, salesperson with a desire to make a difference in people's lives. As our Insurance Sales Representative you will sell, market, and service our insurance products to existing clients and new customers. Whether you are brand new to the industry or have years of experience, we would like to speak with you! Lesser experienced reps can expect between $28,000-30,000 in salary and earn an additional $15,000+ in commissions/bonuses. More experienced reps can expect between $31,000-36,000 and earn an additional $20,000+ in commissions/bonuses.
Salary Range:
$45,000.00
  • $85,000.

Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills. Responsibilities Meet new business production goals and objectives as established. Solicits for business via telephone, texting or emailing, networking, and lead sources, including social media. Develop networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Auto Dealers, etc. Educate clients on the insurance policies that best suit their needs. Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve any issues.
