As a key contributor, you will educate prospects on insurance products, identify their needs, and guide them through the sales process with confidence and professionalism. Your proactive approach and enthusiasm will help us deliver exceptional service while expanding our presence in the commercial insurance market. We have tailored the agency to include extremely competitive carriers that will make it simple to succeed in the commercial arena. Duties Engage with potential clients through outside sales efforts, including cold calling, networking, and community outreach to generate new business opportunities Conduct comprehensive analysis of client needs to recommend appropriate commercial insurance policies that align with their business operations Negotiate policy terms, coverage options, and pricing to secure mutually beneficial agreements that satisfy both clients and company goals Manage sales administration tasks such as preparing proposals, processing applications, and maintaining accurate client records Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies for outreach and brand awareness within targeted industries or regions Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly, explaining policy details clearly, and assisting with claims or policy adjustments Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes (including HIPAA compliance where applicable), and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge Skills Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales or insurance sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities to effectively articulate product benefits and close deals Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client populations effectively Proficiency in sales administration tools and analysis skills for evaluating market data and client information Knowledge of marketing principles to support outreach initiatives and brand positioning Customer service orientation with the ability to handle complex inquiries professionally and empathetically Familiarity with benefits administration processes related to employee insurance programs is a plus Telemarketing experience can be advantageous for lead generation efforts Join us in empowering businesses through expert insurance solutions!
