Duties Maintain strong client relationships through personalized insurance reviews Negotiate coverage options with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction Manage tasks such as insurance quotes, processing applications, maintaining accurate records, and following up on policy renewals/endorsements Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions in person and via phone by explaining policy details clearly, resolving issues and guiding clients through policies and claims Condition long-term relationships to promote client satisfaction and retention Skills Excellent communication skills Confidence in making outbound calls to clients Knowledge of marketing techniques to promote insurance products effectively Customer service orientation with the ability to handle inquiries professionally Willingness to learn, adapt and accept coaching Strong organization & documentation abilities Exceptional work ethic
