  • The Lyle Group, a top-performing Allstate agency in Minnesota, is expanding our Monticello office and looking to add driven, results-oriented Licensed Sales Producers.
This is an opportunity for professionals who want a clear path to high income and take pride in turning opportunities into closed business. We're coming off a record-setting April, where two of our producers set all-time office production records. The systems are working, the momentum is real, and the timing to join is strong.
  • Compensation Base salary: $40,000
  • 50,000 (DOE) At-plan commissions: $35,000+ Top performers consistently can earn $100,000+ annually Your income is directly tied to your performance, and we provide the structure to help you succeed.
  • What We're Looking For We're seeking licensed insurance professionals who: Are motivated by performance and income growth Are comfortable asking for the sale and closing business Thrive in a goal-oriented, accountable environment Take ownership of their results and activity This role is best suited for individuals who enjoy sales and want to continuously improve their production.
  • Role Overview This is a sales-focused position, not a service role.
You will:
Work qualified leads within a proven system Guide prospects through coverage options Confidently move conversations toward a decision Consistently close new business We're looking for professionals who can balance strong customer relationships with a clear focus on results.

Must hold a current Minnesota Property & Casualty Insurance License.
Experience:
Insurance sales experience preferred
Communication Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Sales Acumen:
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
