Salary Range:

$60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) Flexible Schedule Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Mon-Fri Schedule Hands on Training Life Insurance Career Growth Opportunities Evenings Off Retirement Plan Requirements Active Minnesota Property & Casualty Insurance License (or willingness to obtain license paid for by agency) Life & Health license preferred (or ability to obtain within first 90 days) Proven track record in sales, customer service, or business development Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer-focused attitude Comfortable working with CRM systems Ability to organize, prioritize, and follow through on tasks in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with computers, email, and Microsoft Office/Google Suite Bilingual skills a plus (not required) Responsibilities Meet or exceed new business production goals and agency objectives Prepare and present insurance quotes; deliver strong sales presentations and close sales opportunities Build and maintain professional relationships with referral partners (Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, and others) Educate clients on insurance options including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial lines Accurately complete applications and documentation while following all underwriting, rating, and compliance requirements Use CRM (AgencyZoom) to track leads, follow-ups, and sales pipeline activity Provide excellent customer service and follow-up to build long-term client relationships About Us Gordon Menth Farmers Insurance is a dynamic and professional agency dedicated to protecting futures.
