Farmers Insurance Agent in Training

Job Overview Farmers Insurance District 63 is looking for our next Agent in Training to join our award-winning agency force. This role is designed for someone who wants to learn the insurance business while developing the skills needed to operate an agency of their own in the near future. We will cover the cost of your Missouri insurance licensing and provide hands-on training, daily coaching, and real-world sales experience. You will work directly with experienced agents, learn how to build and manage a book of business, and develop the skills required to succeed in this industry. This program is built for individuals who are competitive, coachable, and motivated to grow into larger opportunities over time. The Agent in Training role is built for individuals who want to learn the business, prove themselves in a sales environment, and develop the skills needed to grow within the insurance industry. Salary Range:
