Salary Range:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building rapport. A proactive approach to identifying client needs and offering suitable solutions. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Comfortable working in a dedicated office environment in Kansas City, Missouri. Responsibilities Engage with potential clients to understand their insurance needs and financial goals. Develop and present customized insurance proposals, focusing on life and health products. Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with policyholders through regular communication and exceptional service. Effectively manage a sales pipeline, from lead generation to closing deals.
