Requirements Active or obtainable state life insurance license Strong communication skills Ethical, driven, and coachable mindset Reliable transportation Willingness to invest in leads and work them consistently What Success Looks Like Participating in daily morning calls and weekly training Investing in and working fresh leads consistently Meeting clients face to face in their homes Following a step by step sales system Tracking weekly performance and improving month over month Agents who follow this structure consistently position themselves for promotion and long term growth. For Unlicensed Applicants Pre-licensing sponsorship may be offered. Course costs can be reimbursed if completed within 30 days of sponsorship approval.
