We are seeking a motivated, goal-oriented Licensed Sales Professional to join our Allstate agency. As a Licensed Sales Professional, you will be responsible for selling Allstate's insurance products and services while providing exceptional customer service. Assist clients in selecting the right insurance products to meet their needs, including auto, home, life, and more. Achieve sales goals through inbound and outbound calls, client meetings, and follow-ups. Provide outstanding customer service to existing and potential clients, addressing questions and concerns effectively. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Allstate's products, services, and industry trends to provide relevant and accurate information to clients. Develop new business through referrals, networking, and partnerships. Ensure timely and accurate processing of applications and renewals. Utilize CRM tools and systems to manage leads and sales activities. Build long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.Qualifications:
Licensing Requirements:
Must be licensed in Property & Casualty, or be willing to obtain a license upon hire. Proven experience in a sales environment, preferably in insurance or financial services. Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively present products and services. Highly self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on client satisfaction and building long-term relationships. Ability to manage time effectively and meet sales goals.Compensation & Benefits:
