Full Job Description Overview:
We're seeking a dynamic Sales and Service Manager within the insurance sector who has proven supervisory or management experience. In this role, you will manage client inquiries, process policy changes, renewals, claims efficiently and accurately, manage staff and conduct training sessions to elevate team performance and product knowledge.
Responsibilities:
Assess client insurance needs and recommend suitable products, including auto, home, life, and commercial insurance policies. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Guide clients through the insurance application process and assist with educating on coverage options. Follow up with prospective and current clients, ensuring high-quality service and satisfaction. Analyze customer feedback and operational data to identify areas for process improvement.
Requirements:
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships. Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and develop team members. Proficiency in analysis tools and customer relationship management (CRM) systems. Supervising experience that showcases your ability to lead teams toward achieving operational goals.
