Licensed Insurance Sales/Service Agent

Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Insurance Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to clients by assessing their insurance needs, offering tailored solutions, and guiding them through the insurance process. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a knack for overcoming objections, and a commitment to helping clients secure the best coverage for their unique situations. Duties Assess client insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options. Communicate effectively with clients to explain policy details, benefits, and terms. Explain policy terms and pricing with clients to ensure satisfaction. Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to provide informed recommendations. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. Provide support in sales administration tasks to enhance operational efficiency. Engage in retail sales activities to promote insurance products effectively. Utilize multilingual skills, particularly Spanish, to serve a diverse clientele. Requirements Proven experience in sales or retail sales is preferred. Property & Casualty license Strong negotiation and communication skills are essential for success in this role. Familiarity with insurance policies is a plus. Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions. Multilingual abilities, especially in Spanish, are highly desirable. A proactive attitude with a strong commitment to customer service. High school diploma or equivalent.
