We are looking for an Advisor who wants to move beyond "transactional" selling and into a career where expertise and relationship-building drive high-level earnings. The Role Environment Located in our modern office in downtown Concord , you will manage a sophisticated sales pipeline:
Curated Lead Flow:
You'll benefit from a steady stream of inbound opportunities generated by our proprietary tech.
Strategic Outreach:
This is a proactive role. You'll engage with business owners who need a consultant, not just a quote-taker.

What You Will Do Consultative Advisory:
Act as a risk management partner for trucking owners, ensuring their livelihood is protected.
Specialized Portfolio Management:
Quote and secure commercial policies tailored to the unique needs of the transportation sector.
End-to-End Ownership:
Manage the lifecycle of a deal, from the first inbound touch to the final bind.
Industry Mastery:
Develop deep, specialized knowledge in a niche that remains vital to the global economy.
Boutique Benefits & Compensation Starting Compensation:
$50,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission.
Earnings Potential:
$77,000+ On-Target Earnings (OTE) in your first year.

Note:
You must obtain your Property & Casualty (P&C) license prior to your start date. (Logistics or insurance experience is a plus, but we value talent and drive above all else). Focus on
